You can order a prescription online if your insurance card has already been scanned by us in the current quarter.

You can only use the online prescription order if you have already received a prescription from us for the medication in question and it is a long-term prescription or long-term medication. Psychotropic drugs and neuroleptics must be prescribed by your treating specialist in psychiatry or neurology.

In principle, addictive substances cannot be ordered according to the Narcotics Ordinance (BtMVV).
