Vaccinations, Travel Vaccinations
We advise you on important and necessary vaccinations against diseases and also about diseases for which there are no vaccinations . Skin Cancer Screening
Skin cancer is the most common cancer and unfortunately the frequency of the disease is increasing in Germany. However, if the disease is detected in time, the chances of recovery are good. Since young people also develop skin cancer, they are entitled to the early detection examination from the age of 35 as a person with statutory health insurance. This examination can be repeated every two years.
Ultrasound Examinations
Abdominal sonography can be used to display the organs of the abdomen. Size and structural changes indicate certain diseases, such as benign or malignant disease or cancer metastases. Thyroid sonography allows conclusions to be drawn about the size and shape of the thyroid gland, but also about nodules and other changes.
Since 2018, abdominal aortic aneurysm ultrasound screening has been part of preventive care for men 65 years and older, and the cost is covered by health insurance on a one-time basis.
Preventive Examinations Or Check-Up 35
In Germany, every public insured person from the age of 35 is entitled to a health examination every three years. Between the ages of 18-34, the statutory health insurance covers a one-time check-up 35. This can uncover health risks. During the examination, we will inform you about your state of health, your individual risk profile and, if necessary, the further procedure. We show you how you can influence the risk factors through lifestyle changes.
